the crystal lite seems to help. it doesnt taste so salty and thick. i may even use an ice cube or 2. the nurse said ice was fine, i already asked. think i'll measure aout enough doses in my cup to last the hour, then go watch some tv. the ice will keep the drink cold while i wait to drink it.
they said it should take about an hour be i have to go to the bathroom. also heard i could get gassy. i'll let you know how it goes!
i've had a headache since i got up. i think i slept too long. i tried to sleep as much as i could so i don't have to go any longer than need be without eating.
